You are getting it done and have made HUGE progress! I know what you mean though... Sometimes I look in the mirror and say to myself "Really? You still look like a cow to me!" Then I see old pics or someone that I haven't seen in awhile and realize how far I've come and it feels great. Best of luck to you and your…

Thanks for the support ladies ; ) I was excited when my 44DD started to get a bit smaller however they have become more like a 40 long... I imagine that there isn't much to do other than get a reduction later on. I never tried wearing two sports bras though. I'll have to try that.

I almost lost my husband and best friend of 14 yrs because I had given up on the possibility of ever being able to get healthy or to feel good and I started to self-destruct and basically gave up on life. I thought that was it and that I had let myself go too far and that I was a hopeless cause. The moment I realized that…

I have had numerous embarrassing moments but the one weight related one that sticks for me is once while I was grocery shopping and my cart was overflowing and this little kid asked his Mom if that big lady was going to eat ALL of that food... The Mom was mortified but having a child of my own I know how it is so I just…

I can definitely relate. I've been at this for 10+ months and have lost a lot of weight and I feel great but I have many "downer moments". I work out like crazy doing a variety of activities and have only lost like 5 lbs the past 3-4 months. I get frustrated and sometimes take a mini-break (1-2 days) and come back strong.…

#1) Losing my spouse or my child #2) Gaining back all of the weight I have worked so hard to lose :)

Sure go for it! For me I couldn't do it too often because I would undoubtedly not make up for it the next day and it would become a bad habit. But that's my problem and probably not an issue for most.

I know how you are feeling and it's tough. Remind yourself that it's more than just the weight. Think about how much better you feel now and how much healthier you are now. 42lbs is awesome! It sounds like you are eating better and exercising and that's really what it's all about. Keep at it and don't forget to drink…

You look light on fiber most days. Try eating more fruits and veggies and don't forget to drink a lot of water.

I was diagnosed with PCOS many years ago and have battled with the symptoms as long as I can remember. About 9 months ago I realized that I needed to do something drastic about my lifestyle or else... The only way for PCOSers to feel good and get healthy is to take metformin, exercise, AND eat a well-balanced diet. It will…

Wow! You really look awesome!! Congratulations!!!

Yes!!! It is VERY possible that you are taller. I thought I was losing it when I measuring in at 5'9" after being 5'8" for most of my adult life...but it all makes sense. After 10 months of exercising (including yoga) I believe my body/spine has expanded to it's true height. It's so nice to have something expand in a…

Be honest with him and tell him that you need to do this by yourself. Tell him how sweet he is and how much you appreciate his support but that you think he will hinder your progress and that this is one thing that you need to do for yourself. I can relate as my husband is always trying to work out with me. One time he…

I am very fortunate that my husband is very supportive but every once in awhile I get a crack from him. Like a few weeks ago we ate Chinese and my fortune was "Be concerned not obsessed with your health" after reading it my husband said "Amen!" and he's not even religious :)

My upper AND lower stomach are awful!!! Every time I do a jumping jack, etc. my stomach smacks against the top of my thighs :( Lovely right??? I've never had great abs but after being big for so long and having a c-section I fear my muffin top will never go away...

Congratulations! You are an inspiration all of us :)

I log it as aerobics/general.

I love Zumba and I don't even have the moves for it :) Just remember to keep moving and have fun!

I do one circuit of the shred 3-4 times a week in addition to other exercise. I think it all depends on what your goals are. I think if I boosted it to 5 times per week I would see quicker results. I've been doing the shred for about 2 months and have lost several inches. Good luck!

Wow!!! Congratulations!!! On a side note - I have the same TV stand and dining table... Looks like we have more than MFP in common :)
