Tank you all! I think my hesitation may also stem from the fact that I do not fully realise it yet, the amount of weight I lost... I keep telling myself that I may gain 6 pounds tomorrow and quickly get back to my big weight. Maybe it's because I weighed so much all these years...

I like bel-soy chocolate soy pudding. They are filling and 120 calories. Otherwise, I like to mix vanilla yogourt with unsweetened apple sauce. I like Chrispie Minis (chocolate or caramel mini rice cakes) too. Fruits are nice too.

I do not think it would be healthy to lose so quickly. You woud gain it all back, and then some, too... I think you should have a lower goal and give yourself time!

Same for me. I think it's because the sugar gives you more fuel and quick energy. We need it to fight the sickness.

I'm an apple shaped girl, all right.
