Working out without involving a sore foot

Hello! I have a problem and need your advise please.
I have a foot tendonitis since last summer. Sometimes it goes away, but these days, it's always hurting. The solution would be to not walk on it, give it rest and take ibuprofen, but I want to work out!
I had a yoga session yesterday and had a very hard time. My leg seems to be messed up, its posture, because I might have been compensating for a too long time because of the pain in my foot when I do some movements...
Tonight, I'm going to the pool, which will be a lot easier for me. But besides exercices in water, which I can do only once a week, do you have suggestions for activities that I could do that would help me burn calories AND not involve my foot too much?
Thanks!

Not so much to "burn Calories," but you can get a decent upper body workout by doing dips. Depending upon exactly which version(s) you do, they can work your chest, triceps, and shoulders. Also, you could do chin-ups - provided, of course, that you can actually do the pull-ups. Rows might be an option, as well.0

How about bicycling? I have plantar's fasciitis and morton's neuroma in my feet and since getting orthotics it's gotten a lot better. But if I do an intense workout it hurts like a mother the next day. Biking seems to not bother me and strength training I can do, although lunges can sometimes cause pain.0

Cycling is a good option. Up the level so you get a good sweat on.0
