Just starting out myself. Decided I am going to weigh in once a week, hopefully it won't be long before I start noticing a drop in weight.

I'm trying to cut back too, for the last three days only had one and that was last night. Been trying to drink more water instead of diet coke.

I found the ticker, I think I like it counting backwards at least it doesn't show a "0" Stepped on the scale this morning and I was down 2 pounds, but I think I will only change it once a week on the ticker.
