Hi! I'm a total newbie to all of this! I've been in ketosis for about 10 days. I'm not a huge coffee drinker (a sin living here in Seattle), but I do drink a bullet proof chai tea religiously, every morning. My snacks mostly consist of almonds, beef sticks, string cheese. I'm just getting ready to start my Visalus journey, and I was wondering which kit both of you picked your first time around? I'm looking at losing 30+ lbs (yikes!), so it's a toss-up between the Shape or Transformation kits for me.

Wow, thanks for all the great advice you guys! Its really great to have all of your support out there :smile: I'm now definitely motivated to go try out Anytime Fitness as soon as I complete my 30 days (on 6/26) at Curves!

I can, but it would just be more expensive to join if I waited. And I'm just not sure it seems worth it after all of that. I just think that Anytime Fitness sounds like it has more bang for your buck. But I could be wrong.
