I hear you..... I literally get embarrassed when I get dinner with friends or family and I don't get a hefty meal. Sounds stupid but I just don't wanna be made fun of or hear the ' you Don't need to lose weight' BS.

I use exercise as my think time. My mom like to take long walks but I only ask her once a week. I need the time alone to clear my head but still like walking w her occasionally. Just make a compromise

I'm 5'7" and 22 yrs old. I started at 157 and now weigh 133. My goal weight is 127 but I actually this that Might be too low... I'll see how it goes. I need a pic of what 127 looks like! Lol

Yoga or a quick run outside. Workout DVDs have helped as well.
