I've been screwing up royally with the holidays. But the only time I've ever had success avoiding sweets is when I had vowed to stop eating them all together. The cravings completely stopped! It's tough, but doable. Good luck :)

I eat my exercise calories and I think I look pretty damn good. *toots one's own horn* .... Lost every pound I wanted to lose eating every last calorie I deserved.

Does no one live where the snow is?!?! hahaha in the winter, without the treadmill I will not run LOL

After 60 minutes I just get bored, but then I switch and do the elliptical or stationary bike (or both) if I'm really in need of the cardio

Recently , on my sisters b-day we went out to dinner and I ate - an ENTIRE PITCHER of blood orange margaritas - an order of chips and salsa - chicken fajitas w/ onions & peppers - rice and beans - and fried ice cream ... my stomach took 2 whole days to recover
