This just made me so happy. I run at least a little 5 days a week. Finished my dirt 5k in 28:58. My sister says to me the other day, I would go on a hike with you... But I wouldn't ask you to run with me.... But that's just cause I'm a runner. Wtf???? What do I have to do to be a 'runner'???

I would just cut out processed food, drink a lot of water and start Eating better. Cleanses make me nervous because I feel you don't always get the nutrients you naturally get from food. To each his own though!

I'm 5'7, currently 127lbs at 13.7%BF .... Started to feel comfortable at 130, but still not entirely happy with where I'm at... May lose 2-4 more lbs or really set my mind to strength training

I had it.. I found that I mostly had episodes when I over ate. Now I am eating a lot healthier and smaller portions have helped tremendously.

I'm with you guys! Reached goal 1 (135) and goal 2 (130) .... at 5'7'' aiming for 3-5 more lbs of weight loss.. feels good :) Also a lot harder to lose now lol.
