I am with you...but I am learning that you have to make the choice for you...decide that you are worth the effort and time to make the changes. Also - get friends on here - it is easy to be more honest with new people because you are not trying to hide anything! Good luck and friend me if you want!

Thanks for the help - My new goal this week is to eat at 1250 - even with exercising - I had no idea how to approach this - thanks again!!

So I read this thread and am still a little confused if that is possible....if my target is 1250 per MFP - do I eat that and then exercise 200 calories so it becomes 1050--- or do I eat 1450 and exercise 200 calories to reach 1250... to lose weight - I have not been eating enough so I need to figure this out.

I have been there - as much as I hate to admit it...I do really good for a few days but then crave what I have been limiting. I have never been one to drink really cold water - I usually add a dash of hot water to make it room temp - I always had liquid stevia and lemon juice - tastes similar to lemonade....

Hey there! I have done the same thing as you....just logged food and exercise - but am really needing a support group - I haven't logged on for over a week.... My name is Mara and I am 34 with 2 boys- we live in Colorado. I also work with kids, I work in a preschool. Umm, so what now?
