  • 4 water biscuits with 2 extra light laughing cow chesse triangles followed by an apple, banana and just about to have some dried cranberries. I had a nice chicken salad for lunch so only wanted something light for dinner as im sat at work til 11pm.
  • A friend of mine has been following a Paleo lifestyle for almost a year now and has lost 48 pounds. She isnt strict and will very occasionally eat what she likes but she really loves it and doesnt feel like she is dieting. She is chef though so always seems to make some lovely sounding dishes.

  • I have probably had like 4 days without logging. Would that make much of a difference? Yes i use the app all the time but sometimes i just dont get internet(ie i was in Munich for a few days) etc
  • But im still working out hard so surely that would make a difference anyway? Before all this i was eating crap and hardly working out, now i have cleaned up my diet and started working out hard nothing is happening.
  • I love cereal so i tend to mix it up all the time. At the minute i have cheerios, last week i had shreddies, next week i will probably have wheatabix. I also love no added sugar muesli.

  • I took a body pump class once.......never again!!! I hurt so bad and not in a good way! It wasnt my technique as the instructor was strictly watching us and correcting our form.   • I find i stick to my calories if i log everything i plan to eat in the morning(apart from snacks).
  • I struggle with this, i can eat great all day then have a binge in the evening...it is usually from boredom more than anything. I agree with others about getting more support from friends and family.

  • I am 5'7 and my goal was 155, i am now 154 and my goal has changed to 135. I carry my weight on my hips and stomach and i am pretty sure i will be very slim at 135.
