Love Insanity! I completed it last year and lost over 20" even though my weight didn't change much. You will sweat just as much at the end as you do at the start, because you'll be pushing yourself just as hard. It's true what the guy says during the fit test when Shaun T asks how he felt and he said 'the same as the first…

demyumo - I find T25 MUCH easier on the joints than Insanity. After I completed Insanity I had a bit of knee pain and it flares up now and again, but with T25 I haven't had any issues.

I am loving this thread, so many inspirational ladies! I'm 5'2" (and a bit) and after 8 years of struggling between 200 & 239 am more determined than ever to get to 130. No real progress photos yet, as I'm just re-starting the journey, but can't wait to have some to post! Welcome any and all friend requests, too!

A shortcut to what? I did Insanity over Christmas/New Year's and didn't lose any weight but my stamina, muscle and general fitness increased massively (and I lost almost 30"). It is a brilliant programme if you want to get FIT. I've incorporated it into my regular routine now and do Insanity workouts mixed with other…
