Aside from building core/ab muscles... keep working at it! I am experiencing this also, but I've noticed as the weight gets closer to where it needs to be my waist is slimming down also... slow, but it is. I've started really dedicating Ab workouts 3x a week (P90x Ab Ripper). In less than 2 weeks I am already seeing a…

ooo! I totally want to do this. I'm in CA also, looks like it's in September??

I know what you mean. I have been here since Feb.. I lost my motivation for about 2 weeks recently. I still ate well but could not bring myself to exercise. A big part of it was due to an injury that was affecting me emotionally more than physically but none the less I felt drained and missed my "mojo". Last week I said…

I prefer to call myself a woman versus girl :) But I am also 5'1- my initial goal is 120, then at that point I'm going to re-evaluate my body fat% and everything and then probably shoot for 110-115, however, I'll would rather be heavier with muscle than just thin. Currently at 128lbs, started at 141lbs.

Jeez girl, talk about busy. I would try to workout at lunch 2-3 days a week and then weekends. Or even wake up early and do some videos at home to save drive time going to a gym. I like the idea of freezing meals so you don't have to cook all the time.

If you mean 20% less from TDEE than yes, that's a good start. See if it works, if not make some adjustments.

Ditto. They're not even really "healthy" for you. It's a better option than fast food though I suppose. I NEVER ever felt satisfied after eating those. Kashi just tastes like paper. Cute puppy in your profile pic btw!!

If you eat a lot one day, you will be heavier the next... your body isnt going to balance out a heavy calorie day because you "saved" calories from previous days. Instead of eating less to make up for it, exercise more. Many people monitor their weight & caloric intake weekly which is best for these type of situations.…

I don't have cheat days. If there is something I want to eat I work it into my day. I will have a small something sweet everyday, a small piece of chocolate or a small cookie or a 100 calorie pack of yogurt covered pretzels- things like that. I find that having a tiny bit everyday keeps me from having the urge to binge. Of…

I don't enjoy it, but I just mind my own business- do what I need to and get the hell out. Now what I DIDN'T like was when this woman would walk around stark naked and chit chat with everyone that walked in like she forgot she was naked. She even started it up with me once as she sat on the bench next to me STRETCHING,…

omg seriously... that and when your usual comfy clothes become snug, and you want bigger ones! AHHH!! No thank you!

Omg wow! That is awesome, and the fact that you counted how many pieces of reeses pieces you had shows your dedication! Great job :D Keep it up!

Most of the world doesn't understand the difference between diet and lifestyle change. Especially those who have not struggled with it. As long as you know the difference and do what's best for you, that's what matters. If you simply don't like those foods anymore, just say it. It doesn't have to be about your…

I agree 100%. Before I started this, I thought for sure I couldn't do this without a gym membership. I couldn't have been more wrong. I am WAY more successful without going to the gym. I workout better and harder. For me NOT going to the gym outweighs going by far. Especially the time I save traveling I get to spend with…

All in moderation. I think you should start reducing the bad stuff little by little instead of cutting it out cold turkey later. My thing is, if I cant maintain it for the rest of my life than I'm not committing to changing it. I try to incorporate small changes so that I know I can do it permanently. I love chocolate. I…
