HA! I LOVE this, thanks for sharing! :)

I used to feel the same way- I thought salad was for rabbits and such. . . until I started ordering salads at restaurants... I found that there are a lot of things you can add that make it fulfilling. Cheese, CHICKEN, fruits, nuts, crunchy chow mein noodles... all together I think it takes time to grow accustomed to it.

My husband introduced this to me which i thought sounded GROSS but its so GOOD... Mustard.

Hi Kiki, Thanks for the info! I beleive you because I've followed your posts and you seem to have it down. I always get a late start to food. I'm one of those I'd rather not eat breakfast but I force myself to otherwise I cant meet my goals, blah blah blah. But by the time I'm done running around like a headless chicken at…

Thanks everyone! I love when I get consistent answers. I knew the side stitches had something to do with my breathing but I always felt like walking was "failure" so I pushed through. No more. I am thinking about trying out C25k, I've heard a lot about this. thanks again!

Oh my goodness, that really made me smile! :D She sounds like a sweetheart.... and congratts to you, I know how that feels.... when my daughter was able to easily lock her arms around me it was the best feeling ever.

HELL YESSSS!!!!! :D

Yeah, its true.... you cant do anything about it. BUT keep focusing on core and ab workouts, eventually it will come off. I've noticed the upper part of the mid section seems to come off first (lame, i know) Another thing that makes a huge difference is food. Eat clean. Cut processed foods almost completely if you can and…

In my oppinion, I would be thankful for the heads up. If I went to an event that everyone but me was dressed up for I would feel super uncomfortable the entire time... I might even get mad at him for NOT telling me! LOL If you know that he loves you, than he's going to love you no matter what you "wear". Sometimes I tell…

Fake boobs are no different than fake nails, fake hair color or make up. Women do these things to make themselves feel better. If you are with a guy who is with you because of your *superficial qualities* that "situation" will expire before you know it anyway.

^This. I work out at home so no one here cares about panty lines :P The only time I workout outside of home is when I go running in which case I'm running so you wouldnt have a still view of my @$$ to see it anyway! lol

If "I" were to ever get a tattoo it would be: "Strength of will" in Arabic scripture... I didn't know this, but Angelina Jolie has that on her forearm, go figure.

Hilarious.

I have been VERY curious about this topic for a while now... whether or not all that is True, I am tossing out the margarine JUST IN CASE IT IS! I've heard this before, that even though butter is "fattier" it is healthier as it's more natural. We eat butter/margarine like 3/month in my family, so it's not a big deal for me…

you look frikin FANTASTIC. your family must be SO proud.

That's very awesome :) Now if someone could mistake me for JLo or Beyonce or something I would be SET! lol

I know what you mean. I hate it when ppl tell me, why do you care what you're wearing, you're just going to work out... Its sort of an oxymoron. Why are you working out? To look GOOD right!? There is something about working out when you FEEL good that is a whole different feeling. I'm not saying I get all decked out or…

Wow, I didnt know there were different classifications of lifting... what is the main difference between the three??
-
That sounds like a combination of jealousy + ignorance. Even if it "was" mostly water weight who cares, you have to start somewhere. I would recommend getting your body fat % measured, that way you will know how much "fat" you are losing.

Dancing (with weights)

burnt food. Does it every time for me.

I've been meaning to re-start it, but I guess i've sort of been putting it off...... but i think this post was a sign, I NEED TO START TODAY! I'M IN! AND IF I DONT DO IT, FEEL FREE TO TALK TRASH TO ME ON MY PROFILE!! HAHAH

Heck yeah! I HATED exercising! The idea of it made me grumpy! I cant believe how much I love it now. The trick is starting off by finding something YOU ENJOY. Don't feel like you "must" do it a certain way. Also sounds like you're being quite hard on yourself considering you just had surgery?? The hardest part is…

to be honest that doesn't make sense to me, because i perceive binging as a bad thing. Perhaps you mean eating things you love without the concern of its nutritional & caloric value??? I understand that... Sometimes you want to just live life without counting. I guess the good thing about "not dieting" and logging in your…

Totally. I cant even eat pizza anymore. The last 3 times I did I got REALLY sick. Don't ask me why it took me 3 times to figure it out hahah I cant eat ANYTHING greasy anymore... it makes me sick.

You remind them kindly that you didnt lose 19 pounds "taking it easy"... and although you could probably "afford" to eat bad once and a while, its a mental thing also. Eating bad isnt just bad for your body but after you've gone thru the struggle of losing that much weight and finally being healthy... theres a lingering…

Thanks guys, I guess the bottom line is...BE PATIENT. I have experimented with eating "more" and eating slightly less than my daily goal- it does nothing to my weight... So i know cutting calories isn't the answer... In fact, all of my clothes are fitting me better... even ones i never wore because they were um, "snuggly."…

That sounds like ME. I absolutely hated running. I'll admit I'm still not a huge fan of it, but I hate it much less now that i "can" do it. 50% of people like treadmills, while the other like the outdoors... first figure that out. Second, get some GOOD music. Third, stretch "really" well.... then go. Dont try to "run"...…

I did get sore in the beginning, but after I starting paying attention to my nutrition (protien, carbs, fats, sodium) AND after I started drinking at least one protien shake a day (after a workout) I really stopped getting sore the next day.... Unless however, I work out new muscles then it hurts the first time around.
