Well I don't have a son, I have a daughter but we do dates. Lunches, dinners, movies, mini-golf, ceramic painting, zoo... whatever she wants :) She's my best friend.

whether or not he did is one thing, but I don't think letting it cast a shadow on all the good that came from him (charities and such) is unfair. He is still a survivor- by whatever means. I did this recently for the first time. I use it when I do plyometrics or ab/core workouts. It does make you sweat like crazy but I've never ever noticed that my waist slimmed down because of it. I wear it because I have lower back problems and it helps keep my core tight which has prevented excess pain.

^This.^ I love P90x. Luckily though I started with 30 day shred and THEN did P90x. I felt like it got me a little prepped for it. If I went into P90x cold turkey I would have been really bad!

what if you put him in the crib or play pen while doing a video? 30 ay shred for example is less than 30 mins and pretty intense. I have a 4 yr old so she's not totally attached and knows to give me space when I ask- but I work out after she goes to bed usually. And her bedtime is set 7 days a week- i need some me time too!

Organic food is ideal but it's not necessary in order to get fit. its either a preference or an insecurity (if she is not as fit) I personally don't like massive bulging muscular guys. That is a preference. That being said I do love muscles just not overbearing hulk sized ones.

i tried to fight it and fight it and only failed. Then I decided to save 300-400 calories for the night snacking JUST in case I wanted to snack (which was always yes) and seriously it was great. No going over, no guilt.

Mine are pretty out there too. I don't pay any mind to it. Those are based on numbers only- our bodies do not respond to numbers.
