It is really hard to tell, since everyone has a different body. I started at 250lbs and my original goal was 150lbs. I got to 150lbs and then decided to go down to 140lbs. I am starting to think I may shoot for 135lbs then bulk/cut. Whatever number you set, you will likely change the number as you get closer to goal. I am…

There is nothing I miss about it.

Your problem is that you are not weighing your food. Start with that.
-
Yeah - I know I have felt like this during times of bloating. I hate it, because I feel like that can start leading down a path of obsession of always wanting to lose more and more. I just stare at my before picture for 5 mins. It usually clears up any thoughts of "oh I am so fat"
-
The first few weeks - I forced it. I put a side the excuses (and became hyper-aware of them) and just did what I had to do to succeed. Hindsight - it was not really THAT HARD. Using measuring cups, a food scale and reading nutrition labels is not hard.

lol wow. A vision board is basically like "fitspo on a wall". You create your own collage full of pictures or quotes that you find inspiring. Basically, the theory is if you can envision yourself accomplishing those goals - you will.
-
45%? I seen that you have ab definition! Ill call BS. Try a second opinion.

...I just watched this in amazement for about 2 minutes straight. Now I feel sick to my stomach...like I just ate a whole pizza with some motion sickness.
-
Just be thankful there is something you can do about it!
-
TBH, it looks sad when people log stuff like that as opposed to real deliberate exercise.

Sex should be a part of your daily activities. You should not be including "cleaning" "mowing the lawn" "putting away the groceries" "sex". That sort of thing should included in your calculated calorie count as it is. So basically by logging it, you will be over estimating your calories because it is already calculated in…

You are likely not eating enough.
-
Calorie deficit works great. Everything else is just a scam.
-
Just tell them "no I am not on a diet anymore" and then dont say anything to them ever about your eating/food. If/when they point out your weight loss - just say "oh i didnt notice".
-
What about using golf balls/tennis balls as a form of self-massage? You can google it...or maybe even foam roll the shins? Maybe it is a nerve issue, but running sucks *kitten* anyway - so its not like your missing out on much. At least get a different doctor.
-
lol I dont know why, and I never use this word..but "sassy".
-
lmao. This thread has turned me off completely of ever doing yoga outside of my living room.

I am not diagnosed, but I have had my fair share of crappy days and anxious moments. ^ This is true 100% for anyone looking to lose weight. Days that you feel like crap, that is okay. Dont workout, dont cook fresh, whatever - AT THE VERY LEAST, LOG YOUR FOOD! With that, and staying around your calorie goals, you will…

I know for myself, I struggled to exercise in the beginning. I hated the idea of going to the gym/running...I was very "all or nothing" when it came to exercise. Of course - I would push myself too hard, feel the DOMS in the AM and say "screw this!". My mom told me about her DVD's. Leslie Sansone. I tried one - and was…

Basically it sounds like you have been told what to do, but you dont really want to do it. Maybe you are not ready to lose weight? Your mind and attitude and some of your responses just scream "someone else do this for me" like a child throwing a temper tantrum. I have been at this for 3 years, lost 101lbs and MFP has been…

Ooooh boy - I tried to like running. I even managed to do a 5k on a treadmill once. I did it twice actually. Have not ran since. I still enjoy most forms of cardio though...but running is just horrible.

I have been at this for 3 years...and "falling off the wagon" has happened many many many times. I did not eat "perfectly" for the last 3 years. The trick is making sure you get back on the wagon IMMEDIATELY. That is the hardest part - to not give up on yourself. Here are a few things I do when I decide to slack/indulge. 1…

I could imagine that if you are an emotional eater, and you are no longer turning to food to cope with emotions...that the emotions are starting to surface. Check for any underlying issues (depression, anxiety, etc) and start looking for alternatives to cope. With that being said... I would be depressed too on "low carb"…
-
Ugh...I tried low carb for half a day - it was hell...for me and everyone around me. Calories In / Calories Out. Carbs are amazing!
-
Yes. Yes it is all over. Especially if you continue to be so dramatic about it! It is fine - log it, move on to tomorrow! :D Always learn from your mistakes.
-
ahhh I have went on a 7 day all inclusive, and didnt gain or lose anything! To have lost on a trip is awesome! :D

Booze and Boobs

Considering you already told her to stop - she is jealous. Do you get the feeling she is bringing it up to embarrass you? Unfriend her, block her- have nothing to do with her if she continues with her behaviors.

Slight surplus with Strong Curves!

Ugh. Shin Splints are a pain in the *kitten*. I usually just find the pulled muscle and rub it hard. I also will foam roll..plus advil.
