  • I'm still here. I started my journey or whatever at 245 on June 2nd and as of last Monday, the 25th I'm down to 228.5. so that's really exciting. I'm down for more challenges.
  • Wow that's amazing!! Welcome back! You were severely missed!
  • I weigh Mondays but I'll just be a few days off. :) ***We can weigh on Fridays!*** Start weight: 233 Goal Weight: 213 Lbs to Lose: 20 : 08/18: 233 08/22: 08/29: 09/05 09/12 09/19 09/26 10/03 10/10 10/17 10/24 10/31 11/07 11/14 11/21 11/28 12/05 12/12 12/19 12/26
  • I haven't been adding much to any groups. I don't think the group is dead, I think it's hibernating.
  • Welcome to the group!!
  • I was afraid of this one because I wasn't sure if I could do a mountain climber. So I've been avoiding it. However I tried it today and I did my first set. It sucked but I CAN actually do it. Yay!!
  • Sometimes we have ****ty days and we medicate w/ food. I'm sure none of us got to this group because food wasn't our friend. The important thing to remember is that it's okay. You're going to have a bad day and you're going to eat. The goal isn't to be perfect the goal is to make progress. To become aware. Eat the pizza…
  • My guess, since it starts at 0, that the goal is to lose 195 lbs. But, I could be wrong. Congrats lissdawn!! What an awesome goal to achieve!!
  • My goal is set at 1940, and I work out so sometimes I eat more. I've lost 9lbs so far so it's totally doable. Feel free to add me :)
  • Starting Weight or SW: For July 240.5 Current Weight or CW:236 Goal Weight or GW: Goal for July: 235 July 7: 239 July 14: 236.5 July 21: 236
  • Enter EVERYTHING, even if you're going over, the people aren't going to judge you on here, but it's important to keep you mindful.
  • I'm not going to lie, I'm not making up for missing Sunday, but I do intend to do 36 crunches (maybe more) and 50 jumping jacks everyday this week.
  • I just started the 30 Day Crunch Challenge, so we'll see if I do an additional 36 each day or just add to it to make it 36. 50 jumping jacks might kill me but I'll do them till I get it. Thank you for setting up weekly challenges. They make it fun and a great new goals to set.
  • I didn't see this till today, but I'm so in. I have found that, as a 240.5lb (hopefully less I was supposed to weigh yesterday but left my gym bag at home and once I walked through that threshold to air conditioning there was no leaving) woman crunches are easier on an exercise ball. I'm currently working on the 30 Day…
  • I have about a 110-120 pounds to lose, I'm down 4.5 (hopefully more when I weigh today). Feel free to add me. I need all the encouragement I can get. And I'm a good cheerleader as well :)
  • Day 2 ended w/ 47 calories under...not amazing but under!!
  • Day 1 resulted in 529 calories under, which really was 171 calories under my actual goal with exercising involved. My goal is a 1/2 lb a week loss, but I've looked it up to see how many calories would result in a pound a week loss, and technically up to two pounds, but I probably won't hit that. My goal is from my weekly…
  • Hi Ladies! I joined the group, hope that's okay. I could use all the help I can get. I did two work outs already this week and plan on walking around the park today, and playing in the river Friday, kinda workouts.
  • I'm totally game, today marks the 29th day in a row I've signed in and I've gone over 8 times, which actually writing it out bums me out but 5 were at the beginning. Having a group to be accountable to though will help w/ the Oreos are calling me.
  • Have you tried measuring? It might be a better way to keep track if the scale is being a cad.
  • SW (June 2): 245 CW (June 30): 240.5 GW (July 28): 235 My weigh in days are Mondays, but I'm looking forward to having a group other than my roommate and my mom to be accountable.
  • I pay $25 for Gold's but I have access to both locations in my town. I love Gold's. Unlike the other gym in my town the classes are free and Gold's is cheaper. Everyone is so friendly, employees and attendees. I really feel like it's a no judgement zone. I've been a member for more than four years.
  • I've found Adore Delano's album to be super helpful
  • My goal is to lose a pound (hopefully more) at today's weigh in and then to work out four more times this week for at least 30 minutes. And keep on track with my eating. No overage days...fingers crossed.
