I'm still here. I started my journey or whatever at 245 on June 2nd and as of last Monday, the 25th I'm down to 228.5. so that's really exciting. I'm down for more challenges.

I was afraid of this one because I wasn't sure if I could do a mountain climber. So I've been avoiding it. However I tried it today and I did my first set. It sucked but I CAN actually do it. Yay!!

Sometimes we have ****ty days and we medicate w/ food. I'm sure none of us got to this group because food wasn't our friend. The important thing to remember is that it's okay. I'm not going to lie, I'm not making up for missing Sunday, but I do intend to do 36 crunches (maybe more) and 50 jumping jacks everyday this week.

I just started the 30 Day Crunch Challenge, so we'll see if I do an additional 36 each day or just add to it to make it 36. 50 jumping jacks might kill me but I'll do them till I get it. Thank you for setting up weekly challenges. They make it fun and a great new goals to set.

Day 2 ended w/ 47 calories under...not amazing but under!!

Day 1 resulted in 529 calories under, which really was 171 calories under my actual goal with exercising involved. My goal is a 1/2 lb a week loss, but I've looked it up to see how many calories would result in a pound a week loss, and technically up to two pounds, but I probably won't hit that. Hi Ladies! I joined the group, hope that's okay. I could use all the help I can get. I did two work outs already this week and plan on walking around the park today, and playing in the river Friday, kinda workouts.

I'm totally game, today marks the 29th day in a row I've signed in and I've gone over 8 times, which actually writing it out bums me out but 5 were at the beginning. Having a group to be accountable to though will help w/ the Oreos are calling me.

Have you tried measuring? It might be a better way to keep track if the scale is being a cad.

I pay $25 for Gold's but I have access to both locations in my town. I love Gold's. Unlike the other gym in my town the classes are free and Gold's is cheaper. Everyone is so friendly, employees and attendees. I really feel like it's a no judgement zone. I've been a member for more than four years.

My goal is to lose a pound (hopefully more) at today's weigh in and then to work out four more times this week for at least 30 minutes. And keep on track with my eating. No overage days...fingers crossed.
