7 months- 50 lbs.. that means you would need to lose close to 2 pounds per week. I have read before that one should strive for 1 pound per week to be healthy but, I don't see why one extra pound would hurt. Wow congrats. How long did it take to see significant weight loss? My starting weight is 133 as well, although I'm a bit taller than you so my goal is 125. I have been doing to program for about 3 days now. I feel crazy sometimes but I am banking on the idea that it will all be worth it soon enough.
