Those are great articles, but I'm going to stick to drinking my water. The days I drink it I feel TONS better, more focused, more energy, and my skin is clearing up! Oh, and I don't get hungry if I'm drinking plenty. I LOOOOVE ME SOME WATER!

Oh lordy. I have a 6 year old, 4 year old, and 13 month old.. You have to HIDE in the bathroom to eat a candy bar with out sharing... You stay up late at night just to have quiet time with out any interruptions. A good shower is when you actually get to shave and your not listening for cries, smoke alarms, or yelling..

You can buy ground flax or flax seed at the local market. The ground fax comes in a large box, there is a lot in there. At walmart it was over by the flour and stuff in a brown box. Your suppose to keep it in the fridge and not expose it to air. It is really good for you and has loads of fiber in 2 tablespoons ( i think).…

I am wanting Hormel Chili with crackers for lunch. I love this chili but I don 't eat the meat, just beans and soup. How can I record that? What I do: I have a jug that holds 28 oz. I put one pack of the Crystal Lite energy to go in with 28 ounces of water. It ads flavor, energy, but dilutes some of the bad artificial sweeteners. Wow! These are some great ideas. My hardest part is I'm not a huge vegetable fan. It has taken 6 years for my husband to convince me to eat broccoli. lol. Also I do not know what is in season and what isn't. When we go grocery shopping I'm going to load up on fruits. Still gotta figure out the veggie thing!

Maybe that is it. I did really really good on my water Mon-Thursday last week and not so much thru the weekend. Maybe I'm just retaining water.. Yep, That's what my doctor said. I lost 17lbs with my last child. My doc was not concerend. She said to make sure I was eating when I could and taking my vitamins. The baby would get what nutrients it needed froom me.

Me and my kids went to my mother's for the night. They went and bought us all sweets. I went over calories by 800 and I never worked out. How often are ya'll exercising? My plan only calls for 3 times for 3 minutes. I've worked out 20 minutes, 50 minutes, 20 minutes, 40 minutes. Should I work out more?

I never ever knew that Swiss Miss Hot chocolate has 120 calories per one pack! I drink 2 packs at a time. 240 calories. WOW.. I'm going to have to work out today to keep from going over calories. I haven't even had lunch yet!
