Friday - 15 minutes of walking my dog Saturday 15 minutes of walking the dog, 47 minutes of elliptical training, 25 minutes of Zumba, 15 minutes in the sauna. Sunday - 60 minutes of elliptical training, 15 minutes of strength training (challenge)

Hello Coach, I weighed today because I am in another challenge and guess what....my previous weight was 286 and this morning at 730 am I stepped on the scale and weighed in at 277...I didnt believe it so I got back on the scale again and it said 277. I have been on steriods for a total of about a month and not eating right…

I had to do regular ab work today which consisted of 100 reps using the machine at the Y. I have my vision picture on my frig.
