  • im still on round 1...tomorrow we finish week 8. my 30 day results were down 2lbs but down 9 inches. this week we will see our 60 day results
  • just jump in head first! thats what i did...and im at 300lbs. i modify where needed but i have been kicking butt. first 30 days i lost 9 inches and next week we find out our 60 day results!

  • i have the mirena so i hardly ever get a period. but i have noticed that in the last 2 years when i really started working out consistantly i would have a light period....which was more than i would get normally. but mine would last a few days and be done

  • im at 317lbs and im almost done with week 5 of p90x!! i lost 9 inches in my first 30 days. i too felt like i wasnt in horrible shape..ive always liked to workout i just overeat...thus being overweight! i have not had a hard time with p90x..well the yoga is the hardest part for me. i modify when needed but i push play…

  • i enjoy yoga...just not p90x yoga! lol i find it really relaxing. i went to a class once and liked it but i mostly enjoy doing a video at home
  • yes week 5 and today plyo kicked my *kitten*! my entire body hurts.....my legs are sore my arms are still sore! i even crashed afterwards and took a 2 hour nap! lol. this getting up early in the morning is not something i think i will ever get used to! but its too hard to workout in the evenings with my daughter and nephew…

  • well for starters..neither one of these will work for you if you are always pressed for time. you have to make time in your day to workout. ive been to a few Zumba classes at the gym i used to be a member of...they were an hour long. im currently doing p90x and you have to commit 60 to 90 minutes EACH day 6 days a week.…
  • ok wow about your job! ive got a bachelors in child and family studies..but i dont use it. well i guess maybe a little lol today is rest day for me and im going to freaking enjoy it! baseball game tonight with the family after work. tomorrow we start week 5!
  • whoa what a day! what are you in class for? today was core synergistics. i actually really like this workout! talk about sweating!! ill be sad when its not in the mix after recovery week. lol they call it recovery week..haha its still a butt kicking!
  • mine was 56 minutes...walking fast (no running) while pushing my kid in a stroller. my second one was around 53 mins with no stroller and trying to jog here and there

  • we got a door attachment from walmart.com for about $36 and it hasnt messed up our doorway at all. its easy to put together and move from doorway to doorway. you definately need your band and a door attachment if you dont have weights. and you wouldnt HAVE to get a mat..you could use a towel but a mat would be best for…
  • i bought one that comes with a chest strap from walmart.com for only $36. i love it....i burn about 400 cals during plyo..maybe 450 cant exactly remember. but other people talk about burning like 7-800 during plyo and i have no idea how. i sure do push my hardest
  • my husband! he doesnt have to lose any weight but he really would like to get some muscles. its nice to have him by my side because when i dont want to get out of bed he is right there telling me to get up! and when im tired and whiney and sore i know he is going thru it with me!

  • you definately want a yoga mat...you do get on the floor for the ab video 3 days a week and for yoga. the pull up bar is not required..my husband uses one while i use the resistance band. you should get some hand weights....id say 10lbs and up depending on what you are comfortable with. walmart.com sells a set that goes to…
