Good job this week everyone!! Keep it up over the weekend! Get out and burn some calories!! I have a 12 mile run on Sunday morning! It will be a great calorie burner if I don't eat it all back up!! :)

Okay, here's this morning weigh in. Oct 5```168 Goal for end of month 158 Over all goal 155 I started out at 248 in 2005. I lost my weight with another program but I have held at this weight now forever. Trying to break it down.................really hard!! Hopefully this will help!!

I'm in! I am struggling like crazy to drop 10 and it is just not going. I run and workout with a trainer twice a week but right now just seeing more muscle! Which is not a bad thing, but I want the weight gone too!! I am a day or so behind but will weigh in tomorrow morning!! Good luck everyone!
