Strength training or cardio??? Runner
I normally run 3 to 4 times a week and cardio strength train 2 days a week. I have a 1/2 marathon coming up at the end of January and I am so far behind in training it's not funny. I got sick in October and it seems like it has been one thing after another. I have but on 15 lbs!! Should I back off on the weights for a bit…
