I am at 142 right now I was 137 in August last year but stress eating made me gain weight but at 137 everyone told me not to lose anymore because I would be to small. I want to be about 135 though thats what I weighed before having 2 kids.

Thanks everyone! I am glad to see I am not the only one that has this problem. Just not sure if I want to log either one because I don't want to over or under my weight and throw me off next week. Maybe I should go with the smaller number becuase I did put on my size 5 jeans :)

I do the same but they are both consistent about 3 times each.

When going to the bathroom you sit a little longer just to get some peace and quiet. I find myself doing that often and I take big relaxing deep breath! LOL

Ha ha I stand at the mircowave and eat and when I see my 3 yr old coming I throw my food in there so he don't want it. I take the time to add it in my calorie intake so then that messes me up when he wants to share with me lol. He could have just eatn a full meal and still want mine!

So we only pay attention to the NET calories? Like my goal is 1200 and yesterday my food was 1610 exercise -600 and my net calories was only 1010. I guess it just confuses me about the total food of 1610 being over my goal of 1200 well not confuse me because I get what everyone is saying I guess well idk maybe I just don't…

Have you set your goals on MFP? If you go to home then to goals you can go change your goals and MFP will adjust that for you.

Haha thats what I was thinking! That is ALOT to burn. She isn't the type to count calories or watch what she eats she loves food. But to me really she is not at all big and I would love to look like her, her tummy isn't even big. Lol

Has anyone wore a HRM while doing the 15 min wrkout? I did it but I have no idea what to even guess for the calories burned.

What kind of protein shake do you drink? I was asking on here if maybe I should be drinking any kind of protein shake but didn't get many response like 2 ppl. What about whey protein? I am trying to lose and be lean and I workout pretty hard 5 or 6 days a week..

Thanks and I feel fine afterward. I just want to burn the max amount of calories and I don't get to leave my house much at all being a stay at home mom. Any ideas on what I can do for strength training here at home and maybe not to costly?

Ok thanks I think I get it. So I have a goal of 1200 and I burned 600 so 1200-600=600 and would that make me need to eat 600 more calories to get to my 1200 for it not to be negative?
