  • Is there anyone still doing this diet? I am on day 4 of week 1. I've been logging my food in and it's been about 1600 calories but I'm pretty sure I'm still losing weight. I guess it's just because I'm eating better and more often.
  • Reduced fat Graham cracker with fat free cool whip. you freeze it and it's a great sweet tooth satisfier.
  • I'm new to the group and hope you don't mind me jumping in. I just started the Turbo prep schedule and today I completed the Fire 45 EZ Class. I did kind of bad with my eating though :( I tried Shakeology for the first time today. Yuck! Going to try using milk tomorrow and see if that improves the taste.
