I know this may be a stupid question but what is NSV stand for. As long as i been on the site Ive seem it 100s of times but never could figure it out?

Sure. it is. its going to take hard work and dedication. you really should not eat less than 1200cals a day. Cardio and streghth training.

i also go by what the treadmil or elliptical say, only beacuse you put your hands on the sensors and i think it takes a more accurate reading. I could be wrong though. I also like that it is less then MFP beacuse i'd rather be under my real calories burned estiment then over.

Same! But try cutting out the sugar or at least some of it. You may or may not be a diabetic but with PCOS most people are insulin resistant without knowing it.
