my cousin is a licensed personal trainer and if you are looking to tone and not gain muscle lifting heavy weights is not the way to go. Toning is lighter weights and more reps. just be safe. You can really hurt yourself and or gain muscle toning will also give you muscle but it burns your fat into muscle and well tones....

I'm so pathetic when it comes to the scale. I weigh myself first thing in the morning after i go pee (naked - 8-} ) then again after breakfast then once more before bed. I know its too much but I wanna make sure I didn't eat too much during the day and make sure im either right around or less then the days before.

I have been doing 30ds i have one bad knee and i feel it it ok om my knee. they only problem i have been having is the cardio part jumping jacks, i need to learn to control my breathing because i get out of breath during those parts.

Protein shakes should be drank before or after a workout it helps with muscle. If you drink them and do not work out it gives you empty calories.

I would say its pretty weird and is definitly going to take some getting used to. sometimes i lay flat on my back and just feel my stomach. it feels so strange not having rolls and Humps. i dont get freaked out or anything but its just a new feeling.

I was actually pretty bad this weekend. I usually eat pretty good, but this weekend I choose unheathly things to eat including chicken strips and fries and cold stone ice cream.
