hey i took measurements i lost about 51cm all over my body and about 20cm off just my waist :) so feel better i just need to look at these to realise and scales arent everything :)

unfortunately facebook doesnt stand up in court as evidence. my partner is a copper and he gets facebook things all the time, its doesnt stand up to anything :( so sorry your in the middle of this. sucks! but its the husband and he needs to tell the police, they can use it but they will need more evidence for anything.

HI THERE yeah i do the steps. i dont stop or have a break and it takes me about 20min i think. maybe less i havent really timed it i too busy trying not to die! my bf did it. he went up the hill on the side then down the stairs then up the stirs and down the hill all at once and it took him 50min nad he burnt 750cal!!!!
