any pills, shakes etc. i dont like teas. i dont drink coffee or tea, or anything with caffine in it. i drink alread at least 3Litres of water a day any more and id drown! i eat a healthy diet and eat at least 6 meals a day....

try this first with your current lifting program!!! find a good program on www.bodybuilding.com and stick with it, along with a strict following diet eating clean and just see wat happenes!!

yes!!!!! 8min abs!!!!! its quick but hard!!!! i do about 61cals in 8min so not heaps but its awesome video to do. designed to do it everyday to get those abs of steel! :)

ive got a HRM garmin. i use it everytime i workout, i just burn ALOT of calories. i have asthma so naturally my heart rate is slighty higher and it gets there quickly, but i do recover very quickly as well! just not udnderstanding you know. its frustrating, training soo hard for like 5-6days and getting no loss. ive been…

a good training guide i got for 1/2 marathon, was medium distance on tuesday then a recovery shorter run on weds then a medium again on thursday then a long run on sunday and in between monday, friday and saturday are cross train, so swimming, bike riding walking etc. and stretching on the monday only after a big run.

thanks everyone... just didnt know if less sugar helps get rid of tummy flab or not.. i guess ill keep going with cardio and strength training.. soo frustrating hurry up already!! :)
