Back Muscles! NSV! :)

I've been strength training for about 3-4 weeks and I'm starting to see great changes in my body. My arms especially. Well while working shoulders today, my workout buddy was spotting me and said that my back had great definition and he could see all the muscles starting to form! Mind you, it was flexed, but still! There's muscles underneath! And since I can't normally see my back (unless I awkwardly try and turn in a mirror), it just feel good to know that all my hard work is paying off!

    ive been lifting for afew weeks now and noticed a big difference!
    wat kind of program are you doing??
    exercies/sets/reps etc???

    It changes all the time.. My workout buddy usually just tells me what to do.. Haha :) But we do chest on Monday, back on Tue, shoulders on weds, arms on thurs, rest fri (but I do abs), legs on sat, and rest sun. And then I do anywhere from 30 min to 60 min of cardio, depending on how much time I have.

    We do a lot of super sets, or like light for 25 reps then double the weight and half the reps then do light again. We usually do 5 workouts for each body part. :)
