Whey is fast absorbing. I take this around my workouts. Caesin is slow absorbing. I make it into a pudding and have it at night for a snack and it is used up during sleep.

Thanks! I love leg days! For calves, my favorite is standing calf raises with a smith machine. I am up to 250 lbs. Any leg exercises will help.

I am 5'6" and weigh around 187. My body fat, done with calipers by a trainer/nutritionist/bodybuilder is 21.5% I lift weights and have a very "solid" build. Trying to get to about 18%. I honestly believe that it depends on your body composition. People always guess me weighing less than I do.

Highest weight was approx 352, the before pic is about 330 and I am currently 189.

Still a work in progress. Before pic is 320, about 30 lbs from my heaviest (the day I delivered). Current pic is 190, 21% body fat.

Scivation Whey first thing in the morning and pre-workout if I go later in the day (some days I take it twice), Syntha 6 right after my workout because it is higher in carbs, and Casein before bed. It is about what tastes the best to you. (I LOVE my Syntha) And also, it may depend on what your goals are.

This is my current before/after. I am right around 190 now. The first part of my transformation was pretty much cardio. I have been lifting heavy for the last 8 months as well as HIIT for my cardio. I am slowly starting to get some definition.

A vacation on a beach so I can rock a bikini for the first time in my life! So, as soon as I feel comfortable with my body in a bikini, bring on the beach!
