yeah. I need to give myself a shake. It's funny how one day you are so positive and up for it and the next can be totally different. I'm telling myself its just a blip. It's hard being good all the time lol.

Fantastic. Me too i managed my first 2 miles yesterday without having to stop. I was soooo chuffed with myself. Pushing now for 3 miles but it seems like an impossible task at the minute as I am knackered after 2. Still carrying an extra 5 stones so i cant beat myself up too much. Good luck to you xx

Doesn't cause behavioural changes i don't think. I still watch calories and go to gym at least 4 days a week for 2 hours a time. Perhaps missing eating something before work is the key. I couldn't face eating anything at 2.30 in the morning.

Thanks. I have lost 2 stone already but it has taken me a year t lose it which feels really slow compared to others. My friend managed to lose 5 stone in the same time. I was putting it down to not having a regular eating pattern.

My favourite is a small bowl of shreddies with a few crushed walnuts + almonds. keeps me going for ages. Either that or the oats so simple porridge. dead easy.
