I was on depo years ago, I had very bad side effects. I gained 40 lbs, had migrains, mood swings, awful stuff. I spotted occasionally. It's just not very good for you overall. I have been using Mirena IUD for almost 10 years now and I don't have a period now either, but none of the side effects.

Are you wearing the same bigger clothes that fit you 25 lbs ago? Maybe they haven't noticed because it's hiding. Get some smaller clothes, or just be happy with how far you've come, they'll notice soon enough!

I did it for six weeks and lost 1 pound. I went back to counting calories and eating fruits and veggies, low fat, and I've lost the 3 lbs in the last week and a half about. I think it was too much fat for me, and I find it easier to be able to eat what I want,and count calories.

At home its easier, esp those skinny girl drinks. But at a bar, sometimes I wonder what to get. I got pinot grigio tonight.

Do you all lift at the gym, or does anyone lift at home? I'd love to start, but not sure I have the time right now for the gym. I'm just starting to work out and I could get some weights for at home.

Boneless chicken thighs are cheap and low calorie. I love roasting a chicken, have that for dinner one night, chicken wraps, chicken soup....it goes far! Turkey burger is pretty cheap, frozen veggies, eggs...breakfast for dinner...

My *kitten* is usually flat, no matter how much I weigh. I want to lift it to make it round. I need to tone my lower back/upper butt and the bottom to lift it all. Squats will still do all that?

Exactly! I know some days are over, some under, but if you're never eating your excersize calories and not even getting to 900 a day...

Pounds have less to do than with what you're doing for excersize. If you're toning you'll drop.

Drink a bottle of water on your way home from work and keep nuts, protein bars and small snacks in your car.

I completed L1D1 today. It was good and I was able to do more and not feel like I was going to die. I'm using 3 lb weights.

I just ordered some boots off QVC that are made for bigger calves. Even when I was smaller I couldn't find boots that would zip. I ordered them yestrerday.

I started this yesterday and finished day two today. I'm 5'5 and 201 lbs. My goal is 160.
