I wouldn't worry about it now, having looked at your profile you've got a bit more to go. What are you so afraid of? I originally set my goal to 80kg (I'm 5'7) then dropped it to 75kg... now I'm aiming for 70kg and I weigh 79kg. My biggest fear was that I'd never get to my goal, and sometimes I feel like I'll never weigh…

I told no one except for my parents. The world caught on 2 months in, around April. I didn't tell anyone cos I don't think it's really anyone's business that I'm losing weight, and I don't really like having people ask for advice or tell me that I'm doing it wrong cos I eat carbs etc etc when my progress has been better…

lost 100g over the past week. lol!

size 14AU (occasionally 16) 79kg, 5'8. goal: 70kg, size 12AU

I'm going to track but I'm not going to worry about sticking to my goal. If I go over I want to know how much by.

lost 48lbs so far, 10 and a half months.

boxing, kickboxing, running up stairs, swings. :) nothing beats a good circuit though!

if you don't get much sleep you won't have much energy... if you don't have much energy you will more than likely try and get more energy from food (been there, done that). get some sleep.

more fats! avocado, nuts, seeds, nut butters, olives, oils, fish etc etc :)

yes I do realise that. but going from 250-300/day to 40g was far too extreme. if I had done it slowly it wouldn't have been so bad.
-
I did low carb as a vego a few years ago (bodybuilder PT at the time forced it upon me...) less than 40g per day, after eating probably 250-300g. it sucked. I felt sick, had no energy, couldn't concentrate (was studying for my finals at the time). didn't lose weight even though I only did it for a week. sometimes reducing…

you are freaking amazing. also read your goals in your profile. WELL DONE!!!

on my own... just my workout. no music no nothing. with my trainer... swear at him ;) in classes... do what I'm told and try to smile through it!

I live in Sydney (:

I wear a HRM (with chest strap) it's almost spot on with MFP. I don't do a lot of work on machines but it's pretty close.

you've lost 81lbs so far. 2lbs is nothing in comparison. you ****ed up, you've acknowledged it, learn from it and move on. imagine how amazing it will feel once you lose 25lbs and can shop where ever you want! set that as a reward, buying clothing from any store you want. now get your *kitten* into gear and get back into…

Maybe like you said stick it out for a little bit, so at least it looks like you're giving him a bit of a chance. I'd try talking to him about it though, tell him what you think. Be honest, he might not be aware of what he's doing. Then once you both know that it won't work out, speak to the club manager and get another…

I can see where you're coming from, but for some people it really is hard. Some people really do struggle, others don't struggle as much. I have scolosis and still do high intensity cardio... I do things I shouldn't do when I'm sore (that doesn't mean it's okay, it means I'm stubborn). I get stuck a lot, but I'm too…

ease into it! once you've find out what you enjoy and develop a good routine, then start pushing yourself. :)
-
push yourself with the assistance of your HRM? if you're looking to lose weight, then go for high intensity.
