  • I really needed to hear this Sandy, THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Sometimes I feel like such a fraud, but it's great to know that there are people out there just like me who have great suggestions on how to cope!
  • Ummm, never even considred changing my HRM settings. I've had mine since July and have lost about 15lbs since then, so maybe I so\hould try and figure out how to change my weight for a more accurate reading. Thanks for the thought, that's why I love this site!

  • That was interesting 5/5, but I love me some Oreos, and I haven't them in like forever, so it was good to know they won't kill my whole eating healthy plan!!! I also took the one about portions, now that I got down to a science 9/10 correct!!!!!Great post girl!
  • So okay here's my dilemma - I have boot camp Tues, Wed, & Friday, which is just like the 30DS and I am not sure how I should work this schedule. Any suggestions? I was thinking maybe I could try to do it in the morning before work, what you think? Hope everyone is having a great time shredding:drinker:
  • Okay so tonight was great!!!! Went to my boot camp, where we work out non-stop for an hour. But by the time I got home, I still had some energy to expend so I popped in my WATP dvd and did the 1 mile walk/jog:drinker: I am so proud of me:flowerforyou: Hope everyone is walking away those pounds successfully:happy:
  • I did the WATP 1 mile walk/jog and boy do I feel so good about myself right now!!! I even did crunches after I finished.
  • I totally understand this, it's not so much that I can't do a jumping jack or a jump rope for that matter, it's just that I am really top heavy even with 2 bras on and it kinda hurts, so I jog in place at a rate comparable to the jumping jacks and jump ropes. As long as I'm moving I think it should count for something.
  • Okay so I didn't get off my a@@ yesterday, because that is my normal rest day. But I awoke this morning at 5:27am and got busy before coming to work. I am going to do my darndest (prob not a word) to meet the 30DS challenge this time!!! WE CAN DO THIS!!
  • I have started and stopped so many times, but I am willing to challeng myself once again so count me in!!!! Maybe I can sticke with it this time!
  • Wow you got a GREAT deal!!! I got mine at a yard sale to, not for $5 but it was a newer recumbent bike and I love it!!! Happy peddaling:drinker:

  • That is such a great feeling, enjoy every minute of it, you deserve it!!:flowerforyou:
  • Got in 2.5 miles today, although I am sick I was sicker being couped up in the house and not being able to talk. But being in that air probably wasn't the brightest idea:noway:
  • Welcome, this IS a great site. Motivated, supportive and dedicated group of people. Add me as a friend if you like, the key is never give up even when you don't think you make it. I need this site to help remind me of that!:flowerforyou: :drinker:
  • I am all in!!!! I am determined to finish my 100 miles from 2 months ago which leaves me 19.5 (I walked 2 miles today). But I am going to raise my 19.5 to meet the 100 goal by an additional 10.5 So I WILL COMMITT to walking a total of 30 miles for the month!!!! Thanks Sandy for doing this you are not the only one who needs…

  • You CAN and WILL do it!!!!!:flowerforyou:
  • I applaud you for taking the necessary steps to make the changes you want and deserve. I am no expert by any means, but the first thing you have to do, is STOP thinking of all the reasons why you can't, and think of all the reasons why YOU CAN!!!!! I can relate to exactly the way you are thinking, I was that person 5…
  • Good job!!!! Keep up the motivation and you will reach your goals!
