Fresh Peppers (green, red, yellow), mushrooms, bean sprouts,broccoli. I always buy these because I can always make a quick stir-fry or a great pizza when my week gets hectic! I also use Naan bread to make pizza its so yummy!

I love my Kettlebell Cardio class at the gym and I also do Ladies Boot Camp 3 days a week. I have a Wii and boxing ain't no joke!

Absolutely, I do my boot camp then go to Zumba. Sounds like you will get your Cardio from Zumba and strength training from Total Body Recall!!! Go for it, and if nothing else, you will definetly get a good night's sleep :laugh:
