So my YMCA offers a class called a total body recall which is like a total body workout. I've never taken it before but I've think I'm gonna take it after my Zumba class tonight. So much question is do you think it's a good idea to take the Zumba class which will burn about 450 calories then right after that take the total body recall class?
Also what should I put this total body recall workout as?
Thanks yall!!

Sure, why not. You will be exhausted but that's a great workout! You should probably log it under Strength training.0

I usually do Body Pump right after Zumba and it sounds similar.0

Absolutely, I do my boot camp then go to Zumba. Sounds like you will get your Cardio from Zumba and strength training from Total Body Recall!!! Go for it, and if nothing else, you will definetly get a good night's sleep :laugh:0

I always do 2 classes back to back:
Tuesday: Turbo Kick & Yogatone
Wednesday: Tummy Tuck & Butt Lift & Total Body Workout
Thursday: High Steppin Aerobics & Strengthening
Friday: Zumba & Circuit Training
Monday I do 65 min on elliptical & 35 min on treadmill.
Saturday - I do a DVD at home
Sunday - a day of rest, although sometimes do another DVD if energetic.
The funny thing is that after a year of this routine, not tired after the classes, get a lot of energy. My hubby teases me that I must be doing speed or coke because I don't sit down unless its for a meal until well after 7 pm.0 -

I tried logging Body Pump which sounds a lot like your class and I had to google it to get an estimate of calories burned. I think on average for a 60 min class for me 5'4 150 and it was something like 350-400 calories.0 -
Great thanks!! So excited about it!!0
