YES!! If you are a tomato lover!! It has such great chunks in it. I never get bored of it. And since I started eating a cup for lunch and dinner I've lost about 3 lbs. from just that. Which leaves me plenty of room for snack calories which I love! I highly recommend it!

These are great. Your go to diet foods are giving me great ideas. I used to go to fudgsicles too. They are amazing and super low cal.

Not better than water...and some people link its addititves to cancer causing things....but on weight loss, for me it curbs my appetite...which prevents me from snacking when I am not hungry & such...so I would say it's possible.

I didn't go through to read all the replies, but I used to use OxyElite Pro. It's a huge appetite suppresant & a mild calorie burner. I used to want to eat all of the time...especially sweets! Yeah. That's good. I've never thought of watching what I eat as being mindful vs. being on a diet. I like that. I think I will use that! It def. gets frustrating though. But.. that's just how some people are.

Although....these are the same people that will be the first to complain about their own weight, diet, work out habits, etc.... It is confussing.

Goal weights are tough. I feel like it's hard for me to stick to a goal weight because I feel like I will always want to go lower.

Online multiplayer is the only thing I play. I can never get myself to play campaign of any game it seems. But sometimes it gives you great things to unlock...I'd just rather go against real people to prove myself & I like the banter haha.
