Jen yes it helps!! I know Im around 230 pounds now.....on Jan 2nd my goal is to be under 200 i know I can do it if i stick to my 1200 calories and my workout regiment! If I weigh myself everyday or every week it will discourage me. I think in Jan when and if im under 200, I will start weighing myself weekly again :happy:…

You take what you weigh, divide by 2, change that # to ounces, and thats half your weight in water!! For example..I weigh 221...(BLAH)...Divide that by 2 I get 110.5 110.5/8 equals 13 and a half cups of water I drink to equal half my body weight!

I only consumed 960 calories, and I feel good. Im obese so I dont think it will hurt plus I know my body and if Im hungry or know I need to eat I get intense headaches, which I had none today so thats good. I feel great and I am going to up it to at least 1200, but if Im not hungry Im not gonna force feed myself u know

i added you, im just like you...quitting and restarting in march i was down 195 from 230 pounds, now im back at 228, so we do share similar stories but today Im restarting my path and more focused. lets do this together
