I recently started drinking 3 liters of water a day. Is this good or no? The last thing I want to do is drink all this water and than have my body retain it. I run heavy on mon-wed-fri and on tues-thurs i do a 45 min intense full body workout with a personal trainer. Any thoughts?

Ok, I know what BMR is...but what is TDEE? I just restarted on Thursday and I decided I will do weekly phots of my weight loss journey, but I didnt do measurements, so I will add that in my routine this thurs. I would also like to add on how much body fat lost, but how do I begin?

I quit, I need friends to keep me motivated
Tomorrow i plan on stopping eating so much, stop quitting and work it out. I work out 6 days a week at the Y, running 2 miles mon/ 3 miles wed/ and 4 mile fri with aerobics classes on tues/thurs and sat....and eating light and lean. Guess we will see how it goes, add me as a friend.
