I don't know anyone who does this - but would it be worth the money for you to still go to the meeting if they are talking about a program you are no longer following? If so, then continue to go. If not...save your money. Maybe try it for a few weeks and see how it works. I did WW years ago and loved it. I started again…

I know how you feel! I am 5'11 and once I put on my high heels I am about 6'3. I am personally self conscious about my height, so I like to date guys who are at least 6'3. If I do go out with someone who isn't that tall I will adjust my shoes as necessary :-)

They have those wishbone salad spritzers in ranch...I think it's 10 cals for 12 squirts? But it is good! Kens also makes a great ff raspberry pecan vinegarette (sp)

I travel a lot for work - hotel gyms aren't always the best. I got a set of resistance bands online, and downloaded power 90 to my iPad. So now I will just workout in the hotel room with my video and bands!

Sounds good! There was another recipe I tried from another thread, and it just wasn't for me. It had tomato paste...I think that's what threw it off! I will be trying yours this week!

I had a great lunch yesterday that was tasty and filling. Salad greens with some almonds and dried cranberries, a few sprays of wishbone ranch dressing. I love my veggies roasted. To add to the suggestion above, once you take the roasted broccoli out of the oven add some chopped fresh basil, a tad bit of shredded Parmesan, and some lemon zest. I wasn't so sure of the combo when I first heard it...but it is wonderful. I have it at least 2x per week!

I got a vitamix blender - it can also be used as a juicer. A bit pricy, but the best blender you will ever own!

I have been trying to keep my wine intake low - but did have a glass tonight with dinner. I can hold myself to one...but if you don't trust yourself don't risk it. I am that way with sweets :-)

I got a set of black mountain resistance bands from amazon. 29.99 and it comes with 5 different resistances. I use it with the beach body power 90 workouts. It's a good workout when I can't make the gym!

That's great...I find it is always hard to eat out when tracking my calories. I travel a lot for work which means eating out every night. I always try and pick restaurants that have healthy options but sometimes it is hard. I haven't been on a trip since I started tracking. I have been doing good so far and hope I keep it…

I go with Starbucks...coffee with steamed skim milk. A tad bit of sugar (I don't like artificial sweeteners) and some cinnamon. As my sister calls it - a poor mans latte.

I am the same way...I will have a cup of hot chocolate at night to avoid going for the real thing. Only 90 cals and is a nice treat in the winter :-)
