I understand the working thing. I leave my house at 6 and it's usually 6 before I get home. I'm worried about getting my workouts in when I go back to work on Monday! I'm a school teacher so when I do get a day off, I want to be lazy too! Those kids just wear me out! That's partly why I joined MFP. I need the motivation to get up and do things and to keep track of where I am on my journey! Good luck and feel free to add me as a friend!

I have trouble with ice cream too! WW has a 100 calorie ice cream container. It's small, but when I really need a little ice cream, it satisfies the craving. I found that if I try to cut ice cream out completely, I'll only find a way to over indulge. I love the graham cracker and cool whip recipe... will def have to try!
