just a wee thought muscle and fat weigh the same its just that muscle takes up less room. a ton of feathers is still a ton and a pound of muscle is a pound just as a pound of fat is still a pound :-) happy tracking

ANTs (automatic negative thoughts) are irritating. If you had a bug infestation what would you do? Take postitive action and repeat it if necessary. (not easy but that is what I try to do)

did you notice that the next day that you had your normal amount of calories for the day? Means that you just put it down to experience and learn from it for next time.:flowerforyou:
