I wear a heart rate monitor, but depending on the exercise MFP is over but when it comes to my cycling way under :happy:

I switched to a all natural vitamin with out the fillers. The brand is Vitamin code Raw and they make female and male vitamins. I've been on them for about 2 weeks and feel great.

My mom asked me if I had seen the doctor to make sure I wasn't sick.

My ring size went down from a 7 to 5.25 and I had to remove 2 links from my watch. My face is thinner and I can see definition in my arm muscles. I agree with getting over illnesses a lot easier now. :smile:

I'm loving my polar ft40 watch. I just got it for Christmas so I haven't figured everything out yet, but what I have I love. It is a awesome fitness tool.

I'm allergic to pecans, walnuts, kiwi, mustard. At least these are the ones I found out by trial and error. Just read all labels and when ordering out make sure the waiter knows you are allergic to something and not being picky. Why do they insist on putting mustard on all burgers :sad:

I heard a couple of motivating comments. Coworkers at my part time job, some of which I haven't seen in months, asked if I was working out because I was shrinking :smile:

when I'm at the apt gym...I put on Usa network, normally there is NCIS going or Law and Order Svu :smile: If outdoors I listen to music.

My goal weight is 140. I'm currently at 150 so not much farther to go. :happy:

I don't have a cheat meal, I just indulge with moderation. I plan ahead for meals I know will be over.

I agree. This past year I made my goals very specific and was successful. This year I'm doing the same thing so here it goes for another successful year :)

I just did my first tour this past year. Feel free to add me for any advice. First thing I did was get a bike that fits me. All I did was increase my distance each time I rode. :)

Time with a personal trainer some basic work out equipment, yoga mat, some hand weights.

Tiff's treats. My work gets the cookies delivered and I can avoid them, I don't think they are worth the calories. I got some weird looks the first time I said no to them.

My goals are to continue what I accomplished in 2012. I made my goal and kept a New years resolution. I want to continue losing weight, but going to work on toning up. I also have a financial goal of getting one of my big credit card debts paid off.

My new years resolution for 2012 was to go to the gym at least Once a week and to reach my goal weight for the year of 150. I accomplished both and it feels awesome :)

I would order the size you are now..still continue your weight loss journey and have the dress taken in a few weeks before the wedding.
