When I go to starbucks I order the drinks skinny and when I want a frappuccino I go light on the whip and sugar free syrup with non fat milk.

We are going through this is in our house....Hubby trying to fix gut issues....the Doctor put him on the lowfod map diet for the next 6 weeks to rule things out, After the 6 weeks we will be introducing the items back in one at a time to see what triggers the gut problem. Ask your Dr about the diet and see if they rec it…

meats are all ok... no bread, onions, garlic, honey, sweeteners, no broccoli or cauliflower, no beans, lactose free and gluten free some fruit are ok, most berries are ok

I started adding garden of life green super food to my smoothie just for added nutritional benefits. So far I like it and i get the hubby to have some green veggies without knowing it

I'm sure a lot of the claims are exaggerated, but I think I will try anything to get my allergies to lessen. Antihistamines and allergy treatments aren't cutting it.

Yes I walked 2 miles today and consider it exercise...on the other hand I only count it if it is focused exercise and not just strolling.

It is a great exercise and so much more enjoyable than the treadmill. I've lost most of my weight with diet and cycling.

I currently ride a Trek Lexa and love it. I took the plunge a year ago and got rid of my Trek hybrid. Best decision I have made in regards to my cycling :wink:

I'm a vet tech, so I wrestle dogs all day, I still try to work out twice a week :smile:

I have 2 boxes in the house now....My box of Tagalongs took a week to eat with the hubby's help. Thin Mints are in the freezer and Samoas are waiting to be opened. I'm testing my will power :wink: I just log the cookie calories and carry on, not going to beat myself up over a treat once a year.
