Centrum for over 50. Just to ensure if I do miss. My diet is variable and many times I'll include junk food somewhere in the day.

I take a collection of them for a couple specific medical issues, in particular, and health, in general.

I take vitamin D, because I live in northern England.

Snap ^^ We don't get much sun here.

I also take calcium and turmeric for a bone density problem. Once or twice a week I take a multi vitamin with iron depending on how my diet has been.

I take a blood test 2-3 times a year and only supplement micronutrients if I'm deficient in anything. Last test came back fine, so I'm not taking anything at the moment.

I'm in Southern England but I'm sure as hell not standing outside with 30% of my skin uncovered every day (it's -1)

Also I take Folic Acid as it's recommended for women my age. I have a varied diet, I've never been told I need to suppliment after any blood tests

My doctor suggested I take Vitamin D (I live in Massachusetts, and I'm originally from Northern England so sunlight has never really been part of my life). After some blood tests, she also advised me to take fish oil. The following year, all my blood tests were perfect. This year she added calcium to the list, but she was happy to learn I was already taking it. (I'm approaching menopause and there's a history of osteoporosis in my family). Other than that, my diet is pretty varied and I get everything I need.

I take turmeric for inflammation reasons (early onset arthritis in knee, and psoriasis). Need to go ahead andget my yearly physical done early, because I have self diagnosed myself with low potassium levels(lol), and should see if I am correct and if I need an Rx. ;)

I'm very skeptical of vitamins. Many studies reinforce this. The healthiest longest living people on earth did not and do not take a magic pill.

I take a flintstone chewawable, evening primrose oil, vitamin v12, vitamin b6, zinc, magnesium and vitamin D. Most are for fibrocystic breast disease but the D is because I live in Canada and it's dark (blah) and the multi is just to catch any vitamins I'm not hitting.

Store brand multi-vitamin because it's cheap and gives me stuff I might not otherwise get. (My nails have been growing finally!) B)

Multi by NatureMade... bc my doctore said Vit D, and I definitely need the iron due to anemia. (I take extra iron based on my doc's review of routine bloodwork, because low hematocrit is super subtle, but it can take a long time to bring back up.) I take a high quality fish oil and/or glucosamine when I remember. Guess I NEED to take the oil daily so I can actually remember to take the glucosamine (for a bad knee, mainly). I do feel better in general when I take these. Otherwise I personally feel like most supplements are not for me, not proven to be safe AND effective, and a huge waste of $$.

Yeah, I take D in the winter because my doctor recommended it. I don't in the summer/fall because I exercise outside most of the time. Spring, I don't know, never sure if we actually have spring. ;-)

    (I'm in Chicago.)

I prefer to get nutrients from food as much as possible, like granny did. Still, I take a vegetarian multiple vitamin as insurance, and vitamin D because I'm osteopenic (I'm blaming cancer treatment - fat people aren't supposed to get osteoporosis! ;) ) and the specialist doc told me to take extra D.

I take gummy candy multivitamins with my kids every morning, cause they taste good and probably some benefit, vitamin D cause winters in Canada suck and it's cold. And also melatonin some nights cause I recently had sleeping issues due to stress.

Well I have Crohn's and am on a low fiber diet with other restrictions so eat very little vegetables so I take a multi. I have d and b12 deficiencies so I take those as well as being anaemic so I take iron.

Calcium, magnesium and zinc (all in one pill), fish oil, flaxseed oil, vitamin D and B complex. Multi at night. Melatonin before bed. Knock on wood I have been VERY healthy, no colds, viruses or flus for almost 18 months since I started taking vitamins regularly.

Husband and I both take fish oil (it helps with joints and we both lift so it seems to help with recovery) and B 12 for an energy boost.

I take a multivitamin, a b-complex, and vitamin d. My multi contains both b and d, but i'm vegetarian living in scandinavia, so i definitely need more than is included.

Sometimes i take krill oil because i have dry eyes and eczema.

    Daily:
    - Probiotic (Garden of Life Primal Defense, sometimes a second one if my GI tract is really acting up)
    - Restore for Gut Health
    - Vitamin D (NOW Foods Extra-Strength Liquid D-3)
    - Magnesium (Garden of Life Relax and Restore Whole Food Magnesium)
    - Joint Supplement (Garden of Life FYI for Joints)
    - Fish Oil (Nordic Naturals Arctic D liquid Cod Liver Oil)
    - Digestive Enzymes (depends on the type/size of the meal)
    - B complex (Bluebonnet B Complex 50)

    Because I'm sick right now:
    - Vitamin C (NOW Foods C 1000)
    - Garden of Life Sinus Support
    - House brand "Congest-Eze" tincture
    - Theives essential oil
    - Zinc Elderberry tablets

    Workout stuff:
    - Garden of Life Energy and Focus preworkout
    - Ancient Nutrition Chocolate Bone Broth Protein

Sometimes this varies...It depends on what we run on sale at work, and what kind of freebies we get. The probiotics, Restore, and magnesium are pretty consistent though.
