Food delivery services

This question is for my brother. He was recently put on a gluten free diet, no he doesn’t have a gluten allergy. His physical therapist is wanting to try this diet for a month to see if it brings down the inflammation in the body. My brother does not cook and his go to is grabbing a microwave dinner or making a sandwich. This is a big change for him, so I’m looking for a healthier pre made food options that would follow his restrictions. Anybody try any of the companies? Pros and cons?

Why doesn't he take the opportunity to learn to cook?

He really doesn't need to learn how to cook. If he can grill chicken, hamburger, or whatever meat he likes, and throw some vegetables in the microwave, it can be really easy to eat gluten free.

I understand that cooking can be simple, but he is a grab and go.... I’m looking for options to get him started and break the fast food option.

He works 6 days a week, so he needs a simple option for work.

I used Metabolic Meals - a food delivery service, primarily because all of their food is gluten free and the meals are ready to pop in the microwave. It was very convenient, but got boring after a while.

Eating gluten free is so easy now adays any sandwich you can throw together easily is gluten free just by buying gluten free bread.

They now have like 1-2 aisles in most grocery stores devoted to gluten free products and most well known brands have gluten free options (ex cheerios, lays, heinz, yogurts, milk, quaker, snyder, many frozen meal brands etc). I think that would be a lot easy and more sustainable long term than buying a meal service. Quite a lot of food products are actually gluten free now because of the "gluten free" fad that went around.
