So I'm new to the community and I've been having trouble finding enough food to eat in order to maintain a low FODMAP diet while getting enough calories in order to maintain going to the gym. Mostly I just feel tired and if I stray from a low fodmap diet, bloated. Can anyone lend me some eating advice?
