So I'm new to the community and I've been having trouble finding enough food to eat in order to maintain a low FODMAP diet while getting enough calories in order to maintain going to the gym. Mostly I just feel tired and if I stray from a low fodmap diet, bloated. Can anyone lend me some eating advice?

A low fodmap diet is only meant to be followed for a few weeks so you can identify your trigger foods.
I did it with the help of a qualified dietician. I did lose weight on it (unintentionally) in the early stages.
If you're not already doing so,I'd recommend getting advice from a dietician if that's possible. There are also a couple of really good apps such as the Monash one which give guidance.
