My hubby was recently put on the Fod diet as well as Lactose free and gluten free diet. This diet is to last for the next 6 weeks. I'm going on the diet as well just to make cooking and grocery shopping easier. I need some snack ideas and some easy go to options? Thanks

That's a really restrictive diet, and I'm not expert enough to advise. I just wanted to wish you and your hubby luck! Hopefully the doctor gave you lists of foods that are OK and referred you to a dietitian.

From what I remember: no grains, legumes, onions, garlic, and very limited fruits, veggies and nuts, but all meats are okay. Is that right?

If you could list 10 - 15 of your permitted foods, maybe we could help more easily.

That sounds like low FODMAP - is that what you mean?

Have you googled FODMAP shopping lists?
