I have been up and down since the beginning of the year. Been trying different things. What i'm trying now is to take one day a week and do extra exercise. Then i am still doing my regular exercise the rest of the week. Hoping this helps, tired of the ups and downs.

Soft drinks have a lot of sugar. one 12 ounce can of Pepsi has amost 3X the daily allowence of sugar.

i was in the same boat. I raised my calorie goal to 1300 and try to make sure I net 1200 to 1300. seems to have helped so far. been told i may not be eating enough. If i plateau again I will net 1500 calories.

When I started. MFP set me at 1200. I lost, I stayed under. I lost weight for 2 months at about 1.5 to 2 Lbs a week. After 2 months I plateaued. I know you can customize and create you own routine, but I don't know anyway on the challenges to replace workouts. I have the same issue where I would like to replace like pushups.

I use ea active, more workouts and ea active 2 and seeing 1.5 to 2 lb loss per week! try to also work my rest days.

i start out with ea sports active, then do the more workouts then do ea sport active 2 each day. i have not figured out how to work my rest day on ea sports active 2. i have lost 12lbs sines october 25 and 10lbs since i joined mfp on november. i like the ea 2 best.

also ea active 2 (newer version) does not use nunchuk uses leg and arm bands included, easier to use not getting tangled up. myshape uses camera hard workout, don't remember if it shows calories. i use all 3 wii active.

i was taking green tea supliments and drinkinking green tea before i started mfp. seemed to help, but when i started mfp i noticed the sugar content in green tea bottle and stopped drinking, because i"m trying to lower sugar and cholesterol. its supposed to help lower both. any comments on this?

weekly is probably better. I do it daily, I have a wiifit. some days i show little loss, some days i show a gain, some days i show a big loss, but if you look at it on a weekly basis i've been showing a loss since i've been loosing weight. if you do it daily you can not get discouraged showing a gain or little or no loss…
