I cut calories and exercised more. I cut the sweets and soda. Really no diet. I'm doing a support group challenge on facebook if you or anyone would like to join and I'll share more.

I never really quit logging in regain half of what I lost after reaching goal. I'm now on my way back. Also have a fitness support group on facebook starting October 1. Feel free to add me and let me know if you want to join my challenge group. Gone a different direction to get back.

I struggled for about 6 months after maintaining for quite a few. Regained half of what I lost. I finically feel I'm back on track! I started a Facebook group to help others. Feel free to add me. And message me if your intrested in a support group!

The dissapointing thing today, I realized I forgot my Rip't circuit dvd at the hotel. I took it out of the dvd player but must have layed it down and not put it in the case because when I opened it this evening theres a big old empty spot :sad: :sad: I left a message for housekeeping at the hotel in hopes that they find it…

I'm doing Focus T25, it a workout by beach body in 25 minutes. I was at goal but struggled the past 6 months. I'm now about 15 pounds from goal. Just a sight where we can share ideas and support!

My understanding the unsaturated fats are good, the polyunsaturated and monounsaturated.

From my understanding, transfats and saturated fat are what you want to avoid as much as possible.

I have read also not to count sugar from fruit. Hope its right, because of my blood test results in past. But if your test results are fine you have nothing to worry about.
